Abstract:Abstract: [Objective]In adult patients with fracture dislocation type, injury of the safety and effectiveness analysis by different surgical procedures. [Methods]Retrospective analysis from February 2015 to March 2020 from orthopaedic hospital were 106 cases of patients with cervical spinal cord injury without fracture dislocation, A group of patients treated with anterior decompression and fusion fixation (56 cases), P group of patients treated with posterior vertebral canal expanded keratoplasty (50 cases). [Results] A group of patients with operation timeIntraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay were significantly lower than those in The P group (P<0.05).At the last follow-up, the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), while the differences between the two groups were relatively small (P>0.05).The ASIA impairment grading scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), while the difference between the two groups was small (P>0.05).Two groups of patients with vertebral canal sagittal diameter tube cavity pressure indexes such as index were significantly improved, and the comparison between the two groups of patients with little differences (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] in adult patients with cervical spinal cord injury without fracture dislocation by anterior decompression in simple fixed treatment is safe and effective application of advantage, can effectively reduce the operation time intraoperative blood loss, perioperative indicators, as far as possible avoid the influence of surgical trauma to the rehabilitation.
