Abstract:Abstract: Minimally invasive technique has gradually become the focus of periarticular fracture surgery. The current minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fractures may be divided into two categories: closed minimally invasive surgery and open minimally invasive surgery. The main indications of closed minimally invasive surgery are Schatzker type I-III cases, while open minimally invasive surgery is widely used in most cases of tibial plateau fractures. In this paper, we reviewed and analyzed the minimally invasive reduction, minimally invasive internal fixation, postoperative rehabilitation, complications after minimally invasive surgery , minimally invasive removal of internal fixation, and looked forward to the future of minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fractures.
