Abstract:Abstract:[Objective]:To study the clinical outcomes of the arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament(ACL) reconstruction with long-cuff remnant-preserving and graft tension-relieving technique. [Methods]:A retrospective study was conducted on 95 patients who were diagnosised ACL rupture by MR received arthro-scopic ACL reconstruction with long-cuff Remnant preserving and Graft Tension-Relieving Technique. The results were assessed by the IKDC , Lysholm score, Lachman test, ADT, Pivot-shift T, One-Leg Hop test between pre- and post-operation . [Results]:All patients were follow-up above 24 months. Manual laxity tests and knee function in patients were all significantly improved postoperatively. All patients were recommended for the tibial post-screw removal and concomitant second-look arthroscopic examination, revealed fine ACL growth without laxity or other complication. [Conclusion]:ACL reconstruction with long-cuff remnant preservation and graft tension relieving technique showed good clinical results, anterior knee stability and graft translation.
