Abstract:Scaphoid fracture is the most common fracture of wrist. In clinical work, due to missed diagnosis or inappropriate treatment, the nonunion of scaphoid fracture is high, which often affects the wrist joint activity, and even leads to wrist joint collapse or functional loss. The surgical methods for the treatment of old scaphoid fractures are different at home and abroad. This paper reviews the literature reports at home and abroad in recent years, in order to find the consensus of scholars at home and abroad, and provide guidance for improving the prognosis of old scaphoid fractures.
