Abstract:[Abstract]?Objective:?To?analyze?the?advantages?of?bolus?injection?of?low-viscosity?bone?cement?during?PKP?surgery?in?OVCF?patients.?Methods:?146?patients?with?a?clear?diagnosis?of?OVCF?were?randomly?selected.?They?were?divided?into?wet?sand?period?group?and?drawing?period?group.?The?follow-up?time?was?set?as?30?days.?The?comparative?data?include:?preoperative?and?postoperative?pain?scores,?fluoroscopy?time,?hospitalization?expenses,?bone?cement?consumption?and?complications?(bone?cement?leakage,?adjacent?vertebral?fractures,?stress?Gastric?ulcer,?etc.).?Results:?There?was?no?significant?difference?in?the?amount?of?low-viscosity?bone?cement?injected?into?the?vertebral?body,?fluoroscopy?time,?and?hospitalization?expenses?at?different?phases,?but?the?distribution?range?of?bone?cement?in?the?wet?sand?stage?was?significantly?better?than?that?in?the?drawing?stage.?The?comparison?between?the?two?groups?was?significant?and?statistically?significant?(P<0.05);?7?days?and?30?days?after?surgery,?the?pain?scores?of?patients?in?the?wet?sand?period?were?significantly?lower?than?those?in?the?drawing?period,?and?the?difference?was?statistically?significant?(P<0.05);?complications?in?the?wet?sand?period?group?was?significantly?lower?than?in?the?drawing?stage?group,?and?the?difference?was?statistically?significant?(P<0.05).?Conclusion:?The?bolus?injection?of?low-viscosity?wet?sand?bone?cement?during?PKP?surgery?in?OVCF?patients?can?achieve?better?therapeutic?effect,?lower?complication?rate,?and?less?pain,?which?can?be?recommended?to?the?clinic.
