Abstract: [Objective] In the acetabulum femoral lip damage in patients with impingement syndrome combined, after the analysis of different hip mirror safety and effectiveness of treatment. [Methods] Retrospective analysis from January 2016 to December 2019, of the femur admitted in our hospital orthopaedic acetabulum impingement 106 patients lip merger injury，Group patients received the microscopic deformity, grinding, jar lip repair merger stitching joint capsule treatment (56 cases),Control group patients received the microscopic deformity, grinding, jar lip repair treatment (50 cases).[Results] The team in patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05)；At the time of the last follow-up, two groups of patients with HS grade, NAHS, HOS - ADL score were significantly improved (P < 0.05)；And more significant difference between two groups of patients (P < 0.05)；Complications, the depth of the acetabulum, acetabulum coverage and the center edge Angle (CE), were significantly improved, and the comparison between two groups of patients with significant difference (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] In the acetabulum femoral impingement lip merger, after the damage in patients with microscopic deformity of the hip grinding, jar lip repair merger stitching joint capsule treatment, Can effectively reduce the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perioperative indexes such as, as far as possible avoid surgical trauma to the effects of rehabilitation.
