Abstract:Objective:To develop an angel positioner, and measure the anterior inclination angle of the femoral neck with three-dimensional CT preoperative,in order to make the anterior inclination angle more coreect, and improve the correct of the guide needle.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 40 patients of femoral intertrochanteric fracture from Jan 2019 to Sep 2020.They were divided into the observation group and the control group .In the observation group, the anterior inclination angle of the femoral neck was measured through three-dimensional CT before opreation, the head and neck nail of the femur intramedullary was inserted throughself-maded angel positione during femur intramedullary opreation with the lateral position traction. In the control group, the head and neck nail of the femur intramedullary was inserted through the foreand the lateral perspective during femur intramedullary opreation with the lateral position traction. The success rate of the head and neck nail, the opreation time and the perspective number during operation were observed. To analysis the clinical application of the self-maded angel positione. Results: The one-time success rate of the head and neck nai in the observation group was 100%,and the one-time success rate of the head and neck nai the control group was70%. The success rate of the head and neck nail, the inserted nail time and the perspective number during operation were less in observation group, and there were significant differences in the comparation(P <0.05). Conclusion:The self-maded angel positione work easy ,safe and accurate guidance,it can shorten operation time and the perspective number. The self-maded angel positione is worthy to be popularied.
