Abstract:Turner syndrome (TS) is a disorder of sex chromosomes, with an incidence of 1/2500~1/3000. It is characterized by partial or complete deletion of one X chromosome. The clinical manifestations are mainly short stature, abnormal bones, The secondary sexual characteristics are not developed, etc. Turner syndrome often results in osteoporosis due to hormonal disorders, which makes patients prone to fragility fractures and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. A case of Turner syndrome with femoral shaft fragility fracture is reported in our hospital.
