Abstract:Abstract:[Objective] to explore the therapeutic effect of 3D printing technology on ACL tibial stop avulsion fracture under arthroscopy [Methods]twenty patients with ACL tibial stop avulsion fracture needing surgical fixation were selected from The people's hspital of jilin province from december 2015 to december 2019, the patients with preoperative application of 3 d printing software processing, molding,in vitro design and rehearsal were carried out with a guide, then the ACL avulsion fracture was fixed under arthroscopy. the anterior drawer test and Lachman test were used to evaluate the stability after knee surgery, Lysholm score and fracture healing time were recorded to evaluate postoperative recovery of patients.[Results] postoperative anterior drawer test and Lachman test were both negative, the intraoperative blood loss(59.35±6.1)ml 、the operative time(46.7±6.5) min and the length of hospitalization (39.3±2.5)d. six months after surgery, Lysholm score of the knee was (89.37±4.25) points, which was significantly higher than that before surgery (40.26±3.15) , (P<0.05).[Conclusion] 3D printing technology is applied in the treatment of ACL tibial stop avulsion fracture under arthroscope. it has the characteristics of small trauma, high precision, strong anatomical reduction and fixation of fracture, short operation time and fracture healing time, and the postoperative joint function of patients recovers well, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
