Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To compare the difference of graft positions between the anterior medial (AM) approach and the Tibiofibular (TT) approach for ACL reconstruction.[Methods] A retrospective analysis was performed on 62 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. Among them, 32 cases were treated with AM approach and 30 cases with TT approach.MRI data of the two groups were compared. [Results] Femur side measurement: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)。Tibial side measurement:In sagittal plane, the angle between the graft and tibial plateau in AM group was significantly lower than that in TT group (P<0.05);In the coronal plane, there was no significant difference in the Angle between the two groups (P>0.05);In coronal plane and sagittal plane, there was no significant difference in tibial stop point between the two groups (P>0.05);The angle and position of the tibial stop point in the coronal and sagittal positions were compared among the groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] MRI can effectively evaluate the graft position after ACL reconstruction. In sagittal plane,TT approach grafts had a larger vertical angle than AM approach grafts on the tibial side, and there was no significant difference in the tibial angle between them on the coronal plane. There was no significant difference in the placement of femoral and tibial insertion points between the two surgical grafts. The position of the tibia end of the graft can be evaluated from the coronal sagittal position.
