Abstract:Abstract: Objective: Help us to know the injury mode of the ligament of the medial knee and provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of these injuries by the study of the patterns of the multiligament injuries in the medial of the knee. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made of the MRI of 145 patients and 147 knee joints who come to our hospital because of the ache of the knee from January 2017 to December 2018, including 77 males and 68 females, aged from 13 to 78 years with a median age of 48 years, 75 left knee and 72 right knee. All patients had a clear history of trauma less than 3 weeks before.142 cases has sMCL injury, 133 cases has POL injury, 102 cases has dMCL injury, 85 cases has MPFL injury, 77 cases has VMO injury, 55 cases has ACL injury, 15 cases has PCL injury, 86 cases has meniscus injury and 44 cases has Sm injury. The multiligament injury of POL and sMCL was 88.4% (130 / 147), the multiligament injury of sMCL and dMCL was 68.7% (101 / 147), and the multiligament injury of POL, sMCL and dMCL was 65.3% (96 / 147). There were 79 cases of multiligament injuries involving the ligament in the anterior, middle and posterior of the medial of the knee, and 50 cases has multiligament injury involve the MPFL, VMO, sMCL, dMCL and POL. 83 cases of MPFL injury were accompanied with sMCL injury, 75 cases of MPFL injury mainly involved the femoral part or the femoral and the middle part and 78 cases of MPFL injury were accompanied with VMO injury. Conclusion:The sMCL, DMCL and POL are the most common ligament injuried in the multiligament injuries of the medial of the knee, and some of the multiligament injuries will involve the ligament in the anterior, middle and posterior of the medial of the knee at the same time
