Abstract:Cervical disc herniation is one of the most common spinal diseases in clinic. It causes compression of the spinal cord and (or) nerve root and causes corresponding clinical symptoms, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, with the rapid development of spinal endoscopy, endoscopic surgery has been gradually used for cervical disc herniation, and has achieved good clinical efficacy. At the same time, it has the advantages of small trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, fewer complications and so on. This article reviews the application status, clinical efficacy and complications of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of cervical disc herniation, in order to provide reference for clinicians.
