Abstract:Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interbody bone graft fusion internal fixation on degenerative scoliosis. Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,100 patients with degenerative scoliosis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method, each group was 50, the control group was treated by conventional spinal canal decompression, and the observation group was treated by intervertebral bone graft fusion and internal fixation. the japanese orthopedic association (Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA) score, the Cobb angle (the angle between the vertical line of the upper edge of the head end and the vertical line of the lower edge of the tail end), postoperative complications (infection, bedsore, neurological dysfunction), and the difference between the excellent and good rates of treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: The JoA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the Cobb angle was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.0% P<0.05).48 cases (96.00%) were treated well in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 39 cases (78.00%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of degenerative scoliosis, the clinical effect of intervertebral bone graft fusion and internal fixation is more prominent, which can improve the prognosis effect on the basis of reducing the probability of postoperative complications, and play an effective role in correcting the spine, which is worth popularizing in the relevant clinical treatment.
