Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To use hybrid growth rod technique in scoliosis patients to study the safety and effectiveness of improving the sagittal parameters of the spine. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 106 cases of congenital scoliosis admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2020, patients in the mixed group received mixed growth rod treatment (56 cases), and patients in the conventional group received conventional growth rods Treatment (50 cases). [Results] Comparing the general operation indexes of the two groups of patients, the results showed that the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the patients in the mixed group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). At the last follow-up, the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved. The VAS score of the mixed group was significantly lower than the conventional group, and the JOA score was significantly better than the conventional group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the mixed group was obvious Lower than the conventional group (P<0.05); TK, PI, PT, LL, SS and other sagittal balance indicators of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of the mixed group was significantly better than the conventional group (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The use of hybrid growth rod technology in patients with scoliosis has the advantages of safe, efficient and low-invasive application, and is satisfactory in the reconstruction of sagittal balance and functional recovery; at the same time, it can avoid surgical trauma to rehabilitation Impact, to avoid the necessity of second-stage surgery to correct again, there is better safety and effectiveness.
