Abstract:【Abstract 】 objective: to investigate the clinical effect of proprioceptive training and the function of joint balance in patients with postoperative stiff knee fractures. METHODS: 96 patients with postoperative Ankylosis of periarticular fractures of the knee were selected from March 2018 to December 2019. According to the order of inpatient, the first 48 patients were in the control group, the routine rehabilitation nursing mode was adopted, the last 48 patients were in the observation group, and the proprioceptive training mode was adopted, the Balance Function Score, range of motion, knee function score, activities of daily Living (Adl) , disappearance time of joint stiffness, recovery time of normal joint activity and quality of life were compared and analyzed. Results: Before Nursing, the scores of the two groups were compared (P & GT; 0.05) . After nursing, compared with the Observation Group, the observation group had a significantly higher score of joint balance function, knee joint mobility and knee joint function, and a significantly higher score of activities of daily living, the disappearance time of joint stiffness and the recovery time of normal joint activity were significantly shorter, and the score of quality of life was significantly higher (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion: The proprioceptive training rehabilitation model can effectively improve the function of knee joint balance, knee joint function and relieve the stiffness of patients with knee joint stiffness after operation, at the same time, it can shorten the time of disappearance of joint stiffness and the time of return to normal activity, improve the quality of life, improve the prognosis, and promote the early recovery of patients.
