Abstract:【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of lumbar endoscopic dual-channel interlaminar approach in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: A retrospective study of 68 cases of DLSS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020, all patients were treated with a lumbar endoscopic dual channel interlaminar approach, and the perioperative conditions and follow-up of all patients were observed. Situation and results of imaging evaluation. Results: (1) VAS score, JOA score and ODI score were significantly improved immediately after operation and 3 days after operation (P<0.05); (2) Follow-up results showed that the excellent rate of surgical treatment six months after operation was 70.59 %; the excellent rate of surgical treatment at the last follow-up was 82.35%; (3) the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal, the anterior and posterior diameter of the intervertebral foramen, the area of the spinal canal, and the disc yellow space measured on the cross-section of the MRI T2-weighted image were significantly increased compared with those before the operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The technique of double channel interlaminar approach for lumbar vertebral mirror is good in the treatment of DLSS. It can not only achieve the clinical effect of open surgery, but also avoid the complications caused by other surgical methods, and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
