Extraskeletal chondroma, also known as soft tissue chondroma, refers to the chondroma outside the bone and synovium. It is a rare benign soft tissue tumor, which is mostly reported in clinical cases. In 2017, we treated a patient with soft tissue tumor of little toe. After operation, the patient was diagnosed as chondroma by pathological examination. The report is as follows.
