Abstract:[Abstract] Objective:The patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) undergo total hip arthroplasty (THA) for avascular necrosis of the femoral head (AVNFH) for mid- to long-term follow-up, providing more clinical treatment basis.Method:16 SLE patients who had undergone THA surgery in our hospital from 2011 to 2017 and met the inclusion criteria were included in the retrospective study, and 16 AVNFH patients caused by trauma, alcohol and other factors were included in the control group. Preoperative laboratory tests, Harris scores, SF-12 scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:13 patients in the SLE group were followed up, with an average preoperative SLEDAI score of 2.6; 14 patients in the control group were followed up, including 2 cases of alcoholic femoral head necrosis and 12 cases of traumatic femoral head necrosis. The preoperative erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of the SLE group was higher than that of the control group, and the hemoglobin, red blood cell count and hemoglobin count 2 days after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the other indexes between the two groups (P>0.05) ; The Harris scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with that before the operation, but there was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05); there were no related complications after the operation of the two groups. Conclusion:SLE patients with low disease activity can be treated with standardized hormones and antibiotics before THA operation, and pay attention to the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications, which can achieve satisfactory perioperative and medium-term and long-term results.
