Abstract:[Abstract] ObjectiveTo study Curative efficacy ofSelf - rich platelet plasmain treatment ofKnee osteoarthritis.Methods60 patients with knee arthritis who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by lottery. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection and the observation group was treated with autologous platelet rich plasma injection. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, the serum levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), substance P (SP) and serotonin (5 - HT), tumor necrosis factor (TNF alpha), interleukin 1 beta (IL - 1 beta), visual analogue scale (VAS), international knee literature committee (IKDC), osteoarthritis knee joint assessment table index score (WOMAC) score changes and adverse reactions occur.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% and 70.00%, respectively, with significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum LEVELS of PGE2, SP and 5-HT in both groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF- and IL-1 in both groups were significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS and WOMAC scores in both groups were significantly decreased, and IKDC scores in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was 6.67% and 16.67%, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).conclusionThe application of autologous platelet-rich plasma in patients with knee arthritis has a significant effect, can effectively improve the patient's pain, and does not increase the adverse reactions, it is worth promoting the application.
