Abstract:spinal subdural hematoma (SSDH) is a very rare and dangerous intraspinal hematoma. The main symptoms are low back pain and different degrees of motor and sensory disturbances in the compressed spinal cord. Trauma, iatrogenic injury, and coagulation dysfunction are common pathogenic factors for SSDH []. Among the currently reported cases of SSDH, there are only a few cases that are clearly related to warfarin [, ]. In this case, an elderly man took warfarin for a long time.
