Abstract:[Methods]Collected 98 patients with CHL injury of our hospital between January 2010 and June 2019, including 82 males and 16 females, with an average age of 25.8 years (17-28 years). According to their history, physical examination and imaging data, we wanted to find out the clinical manifestations and diagnosis methods of CHL injury. [Results] ALL of the 98 patients had a history of trauma or high-intensity sport of shoulder. The positive rate of signs related to the injury of CHL were as follows: Tenderness (100%) in the area of CHL, especially when external rotation of the humerus. Shoulder rotation was increased (70.4%); Sulcus sign (83.7%); positive drawer test (45.9%); positive internal impact test (72.4%). Imaging data showed that the best plane of CHL was oblique sagittal position (92.9%), and the second was oblique coronal position (78.6%). 3D volume reconstruction of MRI could clearly show the state of CHL. [Conclusion]The clinical manifestations of CHL injury are: history of shoulder external rotation, downward or backward traction injury or high-intensity injury; tenderness when should external rotation was the most useful sign; MRI is the main way to diagnosis the CHL injury, 3D volume reconstruction of MRI can clearly show the state of CHL.
