Abstract:To explore the efficacy and safety of early surgical treatment of hip fracture in the elderly under the green channel mode. Methods 120 patients with tibial plateau fracture in Tongling Municipal Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected, which were randomly divided into 57 cases of early operation group(operation within 48 hours after admission) and 63 cases of control group for cohort study and comparison, The operative time, bleeding volume, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, mortality within 1 month and 1 year were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in general data, operation time, bleeding volume and operation method among 120 patients (P > 0.05), The hospitalization time (8.6 ± 3.4d), pulmonary infection rate (3 cases, 5.2%) and bedsore rate (1 case, 1.8%) in the early operation group were better than those in the control group, There was no significant difference in the complications of myocardial infarction, stroke, deep vein thrombosis and incision infection , Mortality rate of 1 and 12 months after operation between the two groups.
