Abstract:Posterior wall fracture is the most common in acetabular fracture, which is intra-articular fracture with deep anatomical position and many complicated injuries, so the treatment is not easy. The diversity of factors affecting efficacy and the potential risk of postoperative arthropathy make treatment challenging. The reduction quality of the fracture block and the strong internal fixation are extremely important for the recovery of postoperative function. Some new internal fixation methods have achieved good results. This article mainly reviews the treatment and progress of acetabular posterior wall fractures.
