[Objective]To explore the feasibility of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of complications after hip arthroplasty.[Methods]By reviewing the literatures,to clarify the role of arthroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of complications after hip arthroplasty.[Results]Arthroscopy can be used for diagnose pain、infection、loosening、foreign bodies after hip arthroplasty.[Conclusion]Arthroscopy deal with relevant issues after hip arthroplasty has a very important significant,it’s worthy of further conclusion and research.
