Abstract:Objective: To review the specific mechanism of the effect of lncRNA on the biological behavior of osteosarcoma.Methods: the related literature on the effect of lncRNA regulation of miRNA on the biological behavior of osteosarcoma was reviewed and analyzed and summarized.Results: LncRNA can promote or inhibit the proliferation, migration and other biological behaviors of osteosarcoma cells by negatively regulating miRNA.
