The vertebral body of a 72-year-old male patient infected by staphulococcus epidermidis after percutaneous vertebroplast because of the osteoporotic fracture. The patient cured after surgery of debridement and posterior instrumentation. This is a very rare case. We report this case with a review of the literature.
