Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of double-door laminoplasty in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. [Methods] The clinical data of 52 patients without fracture and dislocation with cervical spinal cord injury treated by posterior cervical double-door laminoplasty in our department from January 2016 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The time from injury to admission was 1h~120h, with an average of 25.62±6.43h. [Results] The operation time was 1.5~2.5h, with an average of 2.1h, and the intraoperative blood loss was 200~800ml, with an average of 265.51±41.27ml.All the 52 patients were followed up for 6~36 months with an average of 19.2 months. JOA score was 13.71±2.62 at the last follow-up, compared with 5.42±1.85 before the operation, the difference was statistically significant (t=21.64, P < 0.05), the average recovery rate was 63.56%, and the excellent and good efficacy rate was 78.80%. [Conclusion] The treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation by posterior cervical double-door laminoplasty is satisfactory, safe and worthy of promotion.
