    摘要:

    骨不愈合是骨科常见且棘手的并发症之一,其不仅延长疾病治疗周期,加重家庭及社会负担,甚至会诱发畸形、残疾等严重后果。而基于ILizarov张力-应力法则的手风琴技术在该病的治疗中疗效显著。研究发现其牵拉、压力及轴向微动等应力作用会刺激调控血管内皮细胞生长因子的生长而增加断端血液供应、促进骨愈合,同时该技术可激发骨形态结合蛋白,诱导骨生长。此外,手风琴技术还会激活成骨相关信号通路,来进一步促进骨的生长愈合。故本文拟将手风琴技术治疗骨不愈合的分子机制做一综述,以为该技术在骨不愈合方面的分子机制研究提供借鉴参考。

    Abstract:

    Bone nonunion is one of the common and intractable complications in orthopedics. It not only prolongs the treatment cycle of the disease, increases the burden on the family and society, but even induces severe consequences such as deformity and disability. However, accordion technology based on Ilizarov''s tension stress rule has a significant effect in the treatment of the disease. It is found that the stress effects of traction, pressure and axial fretting can stimulate the growth of vascular endothelial growth factor, increase the blood supply at the broken end, promote bone healing, and stimulate bone morphobinding protein to induce bone growth. In addition, accordion technology can also activate osteogenesis related signaling pathways to further promote bone growth and healing. Therefore, this paper will review the molecular mechanism of accordion in the treatment of bone nonunion, in order to provide a reference for the study of the molecular mechanism of accordion in the treatment of bone nonunion.
