Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of residual symptoms of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy by segment electroacupuncture . Methods From January 2015 to December 2018, 69 patients with ipsilateral lumbar and lower extremity neurological symptoms still existed after the operation of single segment lumbar disc herniation were treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (35 cases), in which the control group was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs; the observation group was treated with Jiaji point electroacupuncture . Results ① During the study period, 835 cases of were operated with PELD in our hospital, of which 82 cases had residual symptoms, the total incidence was 9.82%, 69 cases met the inclusion criteria.② There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, side, lesion segment, type of protrusion and operation time (P > 0.05).③ There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 2 weeks after treatment (P > 0.05). At 4 weeks after treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.01).④ Comparison of sensory function injury grades of BMRC between the two groups, the recovery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).⑤ Compared with the ODI index, the ODI index of the two groups treatment was better than before, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The combination of pathological segment electroacupuncture and Dahuoluo pill could significantly reduce the pain of pathological segment after PELD, improve the inflammatory lesions of nerve root, and facilitate the recovery of nerve function.
