Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To analyze the effect of strengthening bone cement nail combined with small joint release in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal deformity. [Methods] All patients were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 due to spinal deformity, and 172 patients were selected to meet the research needs. Patients were divided into two groups according to the way of operation and fixation: 82 patients in the study group were treated with cement pedicle screw and small joint release; 90 patients in the control group were treated with traditional pedicle screw and small joint release. The observation indexes included general operation indexes and follow-up, pain scores before and after treatment, neurological function scores before and after treatment, and imaging orthopedic indexes before and after treatment. [Results] (1) The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). During the follow-up of 6 months, all patients healed in one stage. In the study group, there was 1 case of cement leakage and no screw loosening, while in the control group, there were 6 cases of screw loosening. (2) Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score (P > 0.05); after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly, and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). (3) Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in ODI and JOA scores between the two groups (P > 0.05); after the treatment, the ODI and JOA scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the ODI and JOA scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). (4) Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Cobb angle between the two groups (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] It is difficult to cure and cure the spinal deformity patients with osteoporosis. It is safe, efficient and stable to choose the bone cement pedicle screw to strengthen the fixation combined with small joint loosening. It can effectively solve the problem of vertebral fixation in osteoporosis patients, reduce the possibility of screw falling off and orthopedic loss, improve the effect of fixation and orthopedic, and avoid the potential of secondary operation at risk, clinical treatment effect and long-term quality of life will be improved significantly.
