Simple dislocation of elbow combined with brachial artery injury is relatively rare. From January 2015 to June 2018, 7 cases of elbow dislocation alone with brachial artery injury were admitted. Closed reduction failed, and emergency surgical incision and repair were successful. The study summarized the cases and reviewed the literature to discuss the characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of elbow dislocation combined with brachial artery injury.
