Pelvic adjacent to many arteries, veins, bone blood supply is rich, nourishing blood vessels through the trophoblast into bone.After the fracture, the blood loss of trophovascular rupture is different, and in severe cases, hemorrhagic shock may be caused, which needs to be paid more attention by clinicians.The massive bleeding of the trophoblast in the deep pelvis is rare and the treatment experience and related reports are rare.This paper reports a case of intraoperative active bleeding of ilium trophoblast in acetabular fracture.
