Chondrosarcoma is a rare malignancy of bone and soft tissue, mostly in the pelvis and the long bones of the limbs. Radical surgical resection is the first choice for the treatment of chondrosarcoma of the spine.Because of the characteristics of cervical anatomy, the treatment of cervical chondrosarcoma is still a great challenge.This paper reports the clinical effect of C7 anterior to posterior approach combined with total spondylectomy in the treatment of high-grade chondrosarcoma, and analyzes the choices of the surgical method and approach, as follows.
