Abstract:We admitted a 16-year-old male patient who was admitted to the hospital because of "three years of pain in the right elbow joint." There was no history of trauma, and the right elbow joint X-ray and CT showed posterior dislocation of the radial head without obvious fracture. Therefore, the patient was diagnosed with congenital dislocation of the radial head. We performed a radial head resection surgery. After 1 year follow-up, there was no pain recurrence in the right elbow joint, and the results were satisfactory.
