    摘要:

    青少年特发性脊柱侧凸是青少年中较常见的一种脊柱畸形,对青少年的身心健康造成了严重的伤害。目前,手术虽然为重度特发性脊柱侧凸提供了治疗方案,但存在手术操作复杂、手术风险高,部分还会对青少年身体产生不可逆的损伤;对于青少年轻中度特发性脊柱侧弯患者,矫形器治疗仍然是首选方式。本文主要从矫形器的生物力学机制、常用矫形器分类和最新3D打印矫形器研究进展等几个方面进行阐述,为临床转化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is a common spinal deformity among teenagers, which causes serious harm to their physical and mental health. At present, although surgery provides a treatment plan for severe idiopathic scoliosis, it has complicated operation, high surgical risk, and some irreversible injuries to the body of teenagers; For mild and moderate adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, orthotics is still the preferred method. In this paper, the biomechanical mechanism of orthopedic devices, classification of common orthopedic devices and research progress of the latest 3D printed orthopedic devices are described, so as to provide reference for clinical transformation.
