Abstract: [objective] to investigate the clinical effect of multi-plate nailing raft fixation in the treatment of complex tibia plateau fractures. [methods] from July 2017 to October 2019, 15 cases of complex fracture of tibia plateau classified by Schatzker were treated in our hospital. The timing of operation, the combination of main and auxiliary approach, the reduction of priming and supporting top, the mixed bone grafting with allogenic bone, the raft fixation with multi-plate nail, and the early rehabilitation intervention treatment were adopted. [results] the incision healed well after operation, no infection, skin and soft tissue necrosis, no vascular and nerve injury, fracture and joint were found.
