Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To analyze the mechanism of inflammation-related lncRNA induced by lipopolysaccharide in microglia METHODS: Microglia (BV2) was treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (1 ug/ml) to extract cells, and compared with untreated control group (3v3). Bioinformatics analysis and qPCR were used to further verify BV2 after activation. The relationship between lncRNA and inflammation. RESULTS: In the high-throughput sequencing, 9 lncRNAs with the most obvious differential expression of inflammation were selected. After qPCR verification, AC005899.1, PATCH8 and VPS41 were involved in BV2 activation, which was consistent with the expression trend in high-throughput sequencing. Conclusion: Multiple lncRNAs may be involved in the inflammatory process of BV2 microglia in vitro. These results suggest a strong basis for developing microglia to activate targets for neuropathic pain in the future.
