    摘要:

    骨巨细胞瘤 (giant cell tumor,GCT)为临床多见的原发性骨肿瘤之一,具有较强的侵袭性[1],对骨质有较强的溶蚀破坏作用,为低度恶性或潜在恶性肿瘤,少数可出现局部恶变或肺转移[2],好发于脊柱或长骨远端[3]。桡骨远端GCT是继股骨远端和胫骨近端之后第三大受影响最严重的部位,手术切除仍然是桡骨远端GCT的首选治疗方法[4]。目前桡骨远端GCT的常用治疗方法有:人工腕关节置换术、肿瘤刮除+残腔植骨术、节段截除重建术、自体游离腓骨头移植重建或带血管蒂的腓骨头游离移植治疗等[5,6,7],而切除的桡骨远端关节面如何重建、术后腕关节的屈伸及前臂的旋转功能恢复等仍是目前临床研究的热点[8],本文介绍1例3D打印技术治疗右桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤病例。

    Abstract:

    Giant cell tumor (GCT) is one of the most common primary bone tumors in clinical practice. It is highly invasive and has a strong effect on bone dissolution and destruction. It is a low-grade or potential malignant tumor, with a small number of local malignant changes or lung metastasis, mostly occurring at the distal end of the spine or long bone. The distal radius GCT is the third most severely affected site after the distal femur and proximal tibia, and surgical resection remains the preferred treatment for the distal radius GCT. The current of the commonly used treatment of GCT of the distal part of the radius are: wrist joint arthroplasty, tumor curettage + residual cavity bone graft surgery, segmental excision revascularization, free fibular head autograft reconstruction or with vascular pedicle fibular head free transplantation therapy (June), and resection of the distal radius how joint surface reconstruction, postoperative function recovery of wrist flexion and forearm rotation is still the current clinical research hotspots such as, in this paper, 1 case of 3 d printing treatment cases right of giant cell tumor of the distal part of the radius.
