[objective] to explore the potential psychological problems, counseling methods and effects of patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation. Methods 106 patients with spinal cord injury were investigated and analyzed. Results 106 cases of psychological problems were solved to different degrees. [conclusion] a good analysis and counseling of psychological problems in the rehabilitation period of patients with spinal cord injury can play a positive role in promoting patients to accept reality, cooperate with treatment and actively participate in the rehabilitation process.
