Abstract:Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of transverse tibial bone transport combined with Dellon triple neurolysis in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods: 21 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were collected. All patients underwent transverse tibial bone transport and Dellon triple neurolysis. The curative effect was analyzed by follow-up after operation. Results: All the patients were followed up for 9 to 14 months. Except for one patient who underwent reoperation during bone transport, all the patients achieved good wound healing effect and protective sensation, and conserved their limbs. CONCLUSION: Transverse tibial bone transport combined with Dellon triple neurolysis may promote wound healing and ultimately limb salvage by improving foot blood supply and skin sensation in patients with diabetic foot.
