Abstract:[Objective] To explore the application status and implementation obstacles of joint surgery in enhanced recovery after surgery in China. [Methods] The self-made network questionnaire was used to investigate the application status and obstacles of ERAS in the field of joint surgery in China. [Results] 33.62%, 36.83%, 29.55% of the people were all carried out and partially developed. And the lack of ERAS projects, the main reasons for the lack of policy support and the traditional habits are difficult to change; 72.12% of the respondents who have carried out ERAS are satisfied with the effect of the current department ERAS, mainly satisfied with the reduction of hospital stay And patient satisfaction increased; 64.44% of the respondents who had conducted ERAS indicated that the process was not smooth; the difficulties encountered were mainly lack of policy support, the program was more complicated, and lack of repeatability; 57.61% And 37.90% believe that increasing policy support and associations continue to publish specifications is the most favorable factor to promote the promotion of ERAS. [Conclusion] While enhanced recovery after surgery has a good effect in joint surgery in China, it should also see the difficulty of promotion, strengthen policy support and continue to publish the association, which can provide favorable conditions for the popularization and application of ERAS in China.
