Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of bone grafting and staging reconstruction in the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) revision with bone tunnel enlargement.[Methods] From January 2016 to January 2018, 12 patients who were graft re-rupture after ACL reconstruction with bone tunnel enlargement evaluated by CT examination underwent bone grafting surgery and staging ACL revision in our hospital,CT and MRI were performed before and after surgery. Lysholm score, Tegner score and IKDC were used for the postoperative comprehensive evaluation.[Results] All patients were followed up(6-36 )months with no wound infection. The pre-operative Lysholm score was (50±12) and postoperative score was (81±15); the Tegner score before surgery was (2.5±0.6) and (4.6±0.5) after the surgery; the IKDC score before surgery was (46±7) and (78±6) after the surgery. The differences were statistically significant .[Conclusion] In the ACL revision with bone tunnel enlargement, bone grafting and staging reconstruction can avoid inaccurate location due to bone defect and improve knee function.
