    摘要:

    [目的]探讨应用3D打印联合Solidworks虚拟手术设计在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床效果。[方法] 回顾分析2017年1月至2017年12月的21例胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料,按入院顺序奇偶性分为辅助组(11例,应用3D打印联合虚拟手术)和常规组(10例,应用常规手术)。比较两组手术时间及术中钢板一次性放置率、Rasmussen优良率及术后膝关节功能。[结果]患者均获随访,辅助组在手术时间、钢板一次性放置率、Rasmussen优良率及HSS临床功能评分方面比较优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义。[结论]应用3D打印联合Solidworks虚拟手术设计可提高胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床手术效果,临床应加以重视并推广。

    Abstract:

    [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of 3D printing and virtual surgical design based on Solidworks in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. [Methods ] A retrospective analysis of Twenty-one patients with unilateral complex tibial plateau fractures in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected in this study. Using the parity of hospital order, patients were divided into assisted group (11cases,application of 3D printing and virtual surgical design) and normal group (10cases,application of conventional surgery). The operation time, successfully plate place rate, Rasmussen satisfied reduction rate and Postoperative functional score of knee joint were observed. [Results] All the patients were followed-up, the operation time, successfully plate place rate, Rasmussen satisfied reduction rate and knee HSS function score is superior than that in conventional group, and there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). [Conclusions] 3D printing and virtual surgical design based on Solidworks can improve surgery effect in the treatment tibial plateau fractures,and it should be paid more attention in clinic.
