    摘要 [目的]:探讨采用第1、2跖骨间Endobutton钛板结合Ultrabraid Suture悬吊固定治疗拇外翻,并评价其治疗效果。[方法]:自2014年1月至2018年1月我们采用Endobutton钛板结合Ultrabraid Suture悬吊固定疗拇外翻15例(24足),测量术前、术后即刻、术后1年的拇外翻角(HVA)、第1、2跖骨间角(IMA),参照美国矫形足踝协会(AOFAS)评分进行疗效评定,对所测结果进行统计分析。[结果]:所随访患者中,随访时间6-36个月,手术前与术后12月比较,拇外翻角(28.440±4.730 vs 14.800±3.470,P<0.01)、第1、2 跖骨间角(17.240±4.850vs9.990±3.560,P<0.01);术后12月AOFAS (62.13±6.64)分vs(89.27±7.39)分,P<0.01。[结论]:Endobutton钛板结合Ultrabraid Suture悬吊固定治疗拇外翻是一种简单、有效、创伤性小的手术方法,无需截骨,对轻、中度拇外翻畸形有较好的治疗效果。

    Abstract:

    Abstract [Objective]: To explore the treatment of hallux valgus with Endobutton titanium plate and Ultrabraid Suture suspension fixation between the first and second metatarsal bones, and to evaluate its therapeutic effect.[Methods]: From January 2014 to January 2018, 15patients (24 feets) with hallux valgus were treated with Endobutton titanium plate and Ultrabraid Suture suspension fixation. HVA,IMA were measured before operation , immediately after operation and one year after operation. The results were evaluated by AOFAS.[Results]: Among the patients followed up, the follow-up time was 6-36 months. The hallux valgus Angle (28.440±4.730 vs 14.800±3.470, P<0.01), the first and second metatarsal Angle (17.240±4.850vs9.990±3.560, P<0.01) Compared preoprerative with 12 months after operation ,AOFAS (62.13±6.64) scores vs (89.27±7.39) scores, P<0.01.[ Conclusion]: Endobutton titanium plate combined with Ultrabraid Suture suspension fixation for the treatment of hallux valgus is a simple, effective and minimally invasive surgical method without osteotomy, which has a good therapeutic effect on mild and moderate hallux valgus deformity.
