Abstract:Abstract]Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between poking reduction and open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ type calcaneus fracture. Methods 60 patients with sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ type calcaneal fractures in the period from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A(n=30) and group B(n=30).A were treated with percutaneous poking reduction and hollow screw fixation,Of which the articular surface reconstruction with difficulty in percutaneous reduction assisted sacral sinus incision for direct vision.B were treated with open plate internal fixation.Following surgery, assessment was made in changes in Böhler and Gissane angle, surgical complication, the amount of blood loss during and after surgery, the durations of surgery and hospitalization and recovery of the foot function after healing of the bone fracture. Results No statistical significance could be noted in good recovery rate and the recovery of Böhler and Gissane angles(>0.05).However,marked statistical significance could be found in the durations of surgery and hospitalization, the amount of blood loss during and after surgery,as wellas complications, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally Therapy of poking reduction has such advantages as short operative time, high safety. It is an effective method in the treatment of calcaneal fractures, and it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
