Abstract:Abstract: [Objective]to study a guide for ilium kirschner wire and evaluate its application prospect through clinical experimental research. [Methods]24 patients with severe scoliosis admitted to our hospital in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was punctured with iliac Kirschner wire guide, while the control group was punctured with traditional bare hands. The clinical application prospect was evaluated and analyzed. [Result]in the experimental study, there was significant difference in improving the accuracy of needle placement, and the experimental group was better than the control group (p < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant in shortening needle insertion time and reducing complication .The experimental group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The design of iliac Kirschner wire guide is reasonable, which can ensure the accuracy of iliac screw insertion and reduce the operation time. It has clinical application prospect and popularization value, and is expected to improve the guide function in future clinical exploration.
