Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty for unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis . Methods From February 2015 to December 2018,60patients (60knees) were operated on UKA.The intraoperative blood loss and ntraoperative drainage volume were recorded. The VAS score、HSS score、KSS score、ROM were used to evaluate the outcomes of UKA before and after operation. Results The average intraoperative blood loss was(109±15.3) ml.The average postoperative drainage volume was (162±20.2) ml. The function of knee and ROM were significantly increased after surgery. The VAS score、HSS score、KSS score were significantly improved compared with pre-operation(p<0.05).Conclusion UKA improves the function of knee effectively, the short and medium-term effects of the UKA were satisfactory.
