Objective: Repair of defects at the end of fingers with anterograde neurovascular island flap. Methods: From June 2017 to December 2019, 35 cases with 48 soft tissue defects at the finger tip were repaired with anterograde island flap of digital artery, with the largest area of 2.4cm x 1.8cm and the smallest area of 1.5cm x 0.8cm Results: All the 48 finger flaps survived and were removed in the first stage without skin flap necrosis in 35 cases. The patients were followed up for 1-10 months after the operation. The function and appearance of the fingers were satisfactory. 7 ~ 9 mm two-point discrimination, average 8 mm, hand function TAM determination: excellent 37, good 8, general 3. Good rate is 93.7%. Conclusion :2-5 anterograde island flap of the finger artery is used to repair the defect of the same finger tip
