Abstract: objective to explore the perforated needle combined with wire patella fracture treatments methods: 39 patients, AO/OTA classification: A1.1:1 case, C1.1:9 cases, C1.3:4 cases, C2.1:12 cases, C2.3:3 cases, C3.14 example, C3.2:4 cases, 14 cases of female, male 25, are all closed fracture, 1-6 days after surgery and were followed up for 3 months to 18 months, 9 months (average) issue of osseous healing, postoperative fracture without needle and wire mobility fracture and skin irritability and other complicationsBostman patella fracture efficacy evaluation criteria, full score of 30 points,28~30 is excellent,20~27 is good,<20 is poor 35 cases, good 4 cases, excellent and good rate 100% conclusion: The treatment of patella fracture with perforated bone needle combined with steel wire has definite curative effect and less complications.
