Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application and clinical effects of retaining the clavicular epithelial nerve in the treatment of clavicular fracture.METHODS: A total of 120.00 patients with clavicle fractures admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the hospital. The cranial epithelial nerves were freely preserved in the group, and 60.00 cases in each group. The postoperative follow-up observations showed differences and satisfaction between the shoulders and the upper chest. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the number of numbness in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (chi-square value was 7.310, P<0.050).. The severity of the image, the degree of imagery of life, etc. have improved over time. Conclusion: The use of preserved clavicular epithelial nerve in the internal fixation of clavicle fracture can reduce the postoperative numbness of the patient , which is worthy of clinical promotion.
